OUR RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Please note that we do not offer refunds!!
Please review the product description carefully before making a purchase. If you have any questions about an item, feel free to reach out to us at aklinezcompany@gmail.com before completing the purchase.
Not in love with your purchase from us? No problem you have 7 days from your delivery date to exchange (if the item is still available) or return your item in its original condition for a store credit. Anytime after this timeframe, we are not obligated to process a return or exchange. We are not able to accept items that appear to have been worn, washed, have a strong scent, are not in original condition, or have had the tags removed. Please email us first to initiate a return at this time. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response. Please don't send any items back without speaking to someone first.
If the customer chooses to send an item back, the customer is responsible for the shipping back cost. Once the store credit is used the customer must pay the shipping fee to have the new items selected shipped. All shipping fees must be paid prior to the new selection being shipped out.
Rest assured that all items are thoroughly inspected before being shipped to minimize the chances of our customers receiving a damaged item.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Additionally, sale or discontinued items, bodysuits, leggings and white items are considered final sale!
SHIPPING INFO
All orders will be shipped within 3-4 business days from the receipt of payment (excluding holidays and weekends). While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for unexpected delays or damages caused by the courier service. We are also not liable for any lost orders due to incorrectly supplied addresses or unclaimed/refused packages. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information to keep track of your package.
LOCAL PICK UP
Local pickup is available Monday-Friday from 5pm-6pm for all orders placed before 3pm. All orders must be picked up within 3 days from date when order was placed excluding weekends. Please wait for email confirmation for pick up. Pick up address will be given at that time. If your order is not picked up an invoice for shipping will be sent for shipping. If the invoice is not paid within 3 days your order will be canceled, a store credit will be issued at that time with a restocking fee of $5 deducted from total. There will be no refunds issued!
