How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package.
Can I receive a refund or exchange if I no longer want my item?

Our company does offer exchanges/returns for any item you are not satisfied with. All sales are final, so we do not offer any refunds. Customers will be given a store credit if a return is made. Please be sure to review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to process order cancellations once they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only offer domestic shipping within USA. We do not provide international shipping options at this time.

What size is your model?

Our model is 5'5" tall and wears a size 10-12 in clothing. This information is provided as a reference to help you visualize the fit of our products.
Do you have a pickup option?

At this time, we offer a pickup option for orders at checkout if you are located within the Tampa Bay Area. All orders can be picked up the same day if order is placed before 3PM EST, between the hours of 5pm-6pm.
How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?

We strive to process and ship orders within 3-4 business days from the date of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the courier's delivery schedule.
